Brisbane writer Kathleen Noonan has a great statement that I always remind myself of whenever I don’t feel like going for a run because of some small insignificant thing which I modify to fit any situation in life whenever I don’t feel like putting in the effort:
“There’s no such thing as bad weather. There are soft people and then there are runners.”
