This is a balloon poodle I made yesterday for my mate’s girlfriend. I just want friends and family to know that if this professional internet enthusiast gig doesn’t work out, life will be ok, I know how to make balloon animals. Though my life skills are lacking because I’m still unsure about how to argue/fight/reason with people like the cranky humanities graduate who yelled at me yesterday because I said the four year (part time) balloon animals degree I studied was worth more to me than my three year arts degree. It’s the truth. But I was left a little dumbfounded by the humanities graduate’s crankiness on a Sunday afternoon and had no retort. Next time maybe I’ll do better at responding in kind. Or I might just make her a balloon flower instead (‘tis obvs technically not a balloon animal but I’m sure I’ll manage).
