Adventures - Harbourlife 2010
Bookshelf Porn is in this month’s Cleo Magazine here in Australia. ‘tis what they love apparently. Though, they also love moccasins, so…
Still, thanks heaps for the mention!
Tim Rogers’ guitar pick. I scored it at the end of the set on my overnight road trip to Toowoomba on Thursday to watch You Am I’s brilliant gig at the Irish Club that only 100 or so other lucky people got to experience.
Totally got caught by our social media guy at work on Friday afternoon getting a little too into the music in my headphones. If only I had a sound proof office.
Sydney waking up this morning. 5:30am. I fucking love this city!
No LOLs but this is still the best fortune cookie ever for me right now. Thanks for the encouragement Noodle Box fortune cookies. Now, stop being creepy and quit stalking me.
Well, a hipster is a person who is cool.
Sneaky shot taken on a Tokyo train - September 2010
Inbox Zero at work. This makes me 76 kinds of happy.
Despite the inevitable missed acts (The Strokes, Jónsi, Whitley and Boy & Bear) caused by schedule juggling and locked gates, Splendour was so many different kinds of excellent at Wooodford. Sure, the fuck off sized amphitheatre, importing Byron Bay Organic Donuts to Queensland and Nude Gold Guy being held above the crowd were rad parts of the weekend. But ‘twas Passion Pit, Angus & Julia Stone, Mumford & Sons, Temper Trap, Two Door Cinema Club, The Drums and Little Red who triggered appallingly embarrassing dance moves from yours truly that made my Splendour. Again in 2011? Yes.
